Life Training School is focused on the restoration of the believer and the establishment of strong bonds of love with Father God, along with the basic principles of a Christian lifestyle. This is a foundational course for Christian life and ministry. Many who have completed the training and entered the ministry regard it as even more vital than training in theology.

Teaching is presented both live and by video. While some information transfer takes place, the training’s primary focus is to create an environment for the Holy Spirit to work in peoples lives, bringing truth, healing and reconciliation. During the LTS each student receives individual ministry from experienced leaders.

Life Training School runs twice annually. There is a full time school that runs in the first half of the year (Tuesday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00). The part-time school takes the form of a night school that runs for four weeks (19:00 - 21:30) The course is required by Hatfield Christian Church for all who would be part of its ministry.

Recent research indicates that career choice remains one of the most daunting decisions facing young people. The Career Direct Complete Guidance System® is an individual, personal growth resource designed to help identify and maximize ones God given talents and abilities. It analyses four critical areas personality, interests, skills and values, in order to assist people with their career decisions.

After completing the computer based test, each student receives comprehensive feedback from a trained Career Direct consultant. During this interview, the consultant, student and often parents discuss a 35-page report helping them to make an informed decision about which career path to follow.
