You can either download the applicable forms or you can fill out an online form and send it to us immediately! We prefer you to apply online.

Please note that for all the courses except GST, all three Online Forms need to be completed in due course. You can save your form onto your hard drive if you cannot complete it in one sitting and send it later.

In the Application Form you will be asked to insert a picture - please make sure you have a picture to use that is no larger than 500MB. Simply click on the open square and select the picture from your hard drive.

When you have completed your form, please click on the "Submit your form" close to the top of the document. You can also save or print your document.
